Appointments and Cancellations

We ask new clients to complete a Client Card Form. This is to gather relevant clinical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments.

We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre and post care information.

Please note that all bookings for treatment series and packages have the following stipulations:

  • All standard laser hair removal packages must include a series of 6 treatments or more and are valid for 12 months from purchase.

  • All standard skin packages must include a series of 3 treatments or more and are valid for 12 months from purchase.

  • All laser treatment packages must be purchased in a series of 6 treatments or more.

  • Vic Laser & Skincare Clinic medical practitioners and staff reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.

  • A complimentary consultation must be conducted prior to any treatment.

 

Medical Confidentiality

We operate a strict code of Medical Confidentiality which is your guarantee that we will not pass your data on to any third party. All our staff sign medical and business confidentiality agreements.

 

Change of Contact Details

Please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details incuding name changes, address, mobile number and email. This will help the clinic to get any neccesary or important information to you.

 

Appointments

Appointments can be made in a number of ways:

Online – Some appointments can be booked online via our Contact Us form
In Person – at our clinic
By Telephone – by calling (03) 8560 3111

We do try to keep to time. Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged for the full appointment.

Whilst we all love children, in the interest of health and safety, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms or be supervised by staff. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Cancellation & Refund

We offer amazing value in beautiful facilities with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • Vic Laser & Skincare Clinics has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind or circumstance.

  • Treatments/services and service packages cannot be divided up, refunded or transferred to other individuals or clinics.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Or in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

  • Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Please note that deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable.

 

SMS Reminders

We will send you an SMS reminder about your appointment 48 hours ahead. Please confirm your appointment. Confirmation of an appointment reminder is acknowledgement of our cancellation policy. 

 

10% Price Beat & Price Match

  • We will beat any competitor’s current advertised price by 10%. 

  • Competitor’s price must be for the same treatment and using the same equipment or products.

  • Applies to all services including Laser Hair Removal and Skin Treatments.

  • Clients must provide evidence or reference of the competitor’s advertised price. Written quote, Website, flyer etc.

  • The client must request/mention 10% Price Beat Guarantee discount at the time of booking and paying for their service or product.

  • Price Guarantee discount will not be applied where products and services have already been paid for or received.

  • Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor promotional offers.

  • Price Beat Guarantee does not include online store prices.

Missed Patches

  • Complimentary missed patch sessions can only be booked in for the following time frames; Face 7-10 days after treatment. Body 7-14 days after treatment. 

  • Missed patch sessions after the above time frames will not be complimentary, therefore full price treatment will be charged.
